My teenaged daughter went to a therapist for her "sadness" and feelings of "not belonging"...He got her hooked on a Farmya product for the rest of her life. FYI-I was taking anti depressant med since 1997-I stopped them a about 3 years ago. I try to spend time with nature, grounding, try to get exercise more, even just walking. Just a few prayers or talks to him personal to me. Reduced process foods-try to eat better quality and less process and cook more. Gave up now self medicating with alcohol and stopped smoking 6 weeks now. When I first tried to get off depressant meds, I would get nightmares and felt really off..So I would take them again. WOW.... you said it all in one compact sentence! A certain class of people think they "own" us in the same way they own a plot of land or a house or a stable of horses. In which case-- we are "the property" of veritable monsters. Noncompliance with "their" agenda is required to save our children's futures and every actual human being on the planet. My teenaged daughter went to a therapist for her "sadness" and feelings of "not belonging"...He got her hooked on a Farmya product for the rest of her life. I feel a certain anger about this as I thought I was paying him to help her work out her problems ....a job which I could no longer do....Instead he made her into a virtual junkie but still having the same problems.
FYI-I was taking anti depressant med since 1997-I stopped them a about 3 years ago. I try to spend time with nature, grounding, try to get exercise more, even just walking. Watch what I take in spiritually-music, shows etc. Don't watch the lie-arrhea news. Respect and honor myself and focus on what I want to see, solutions and have like minded people. Started praying. Just a few prayers or talks to him personal to me. Reduced process foods-try to eat better quality and less process and cook more. Gave up now self medicating with alcohol and stopped smoking 6 weeks now. When I first tried to get off depressant meds, I would get nightmares and felt really off..So I would take them again. I started reducing the intake over a period of time. God bless.
Hi Tan--So glad to hear you turned this anti depressant addiction situation around and are finding positive ways to enjoy your life. I am certain this is inspiring to many. If you can stop the cycle of depression/medication and then more depression -- maybe it is possible for others as well to end dependence on these destructive chemicals that are created in a lab and not found in nature.

It's like imploring to teenagers to behave differently, but they have "F*ck you Money".
That term "FYM' was a term I used for years but it was to express my only real NEED to earn money: Money insured I could maintain my independence.
And later: My independent, self employed income & little side gigs insured that I could take care of my child and myself without the necessity of being handcuffed to a job I hated, a system that enslaved me, or a significant other who held the pursestrings ehike I held my nose. So to speak. 😉
